is gas tank pet **** filter clean , is it new gas in tank, was gas line to carb flushed from new gas in tank, is carb float at proper hight, were all tiny idle gas circiut passage ways blown through with carb cleaner or compressed air, is accelerator pump in carb pumping gas ? is throttle plate at proper angle?
