Hey guys, just a little reminder with the riding season coming up, remember to Donate Blood because accidents happen. A nurse that I met once told me that when it came time for the motorcycle rally the ER made sure that their blood and plasma supplies were fully stocked because when cars wreck bones get broke and people get bruised but when bikes wreck they bleed and bleed a lot. It’s Just something to consider. As bad as it is and as much as we hope that it doesn’t happen we know that one of our brothers will need our help in the near future. In my area most blood drives will let you make an appointment time to minimize how long it takes to donate and once you have donated they will call you (if you want) when you are eligible to donate again and let you know where and when blood drives are in your area. I received that call yesterday so I’ll go and drain them a pint tomorrow.

Thanks for the reminder. I'll dig out my donor card and give them a call. I'm not doing anything next week.
