I need to know what the name of that Highway that starts in Nevada and brings you to California is It is supposed to be a motorcyclists dream to ride this highway. It isn't that long of a highway, maybe 150-200 mile stretch. ChuckTx posted a link to it a one time but I can't find the thread that it is in. PLEASE HELP!!!:banghead::gah:

Your probably thinking of Hwy 50. On the way home from AZ we will go through Salt Lake then take a left on 80 to Wennimucca then 140 into Oregon. Good road just watch out for the wild Burros. But bet Hwy 50 is your hwy.

No I looked at that highway's write up by pashnit and that doesn't seem to ring the bell. The link was posted in one of your threads. I am almost 100% positive of that.

There's prolly a few, but living in SoCal I ride the 395 a lot from Victorville to Carson City, NV. There is some crapy desert riding untill you get to Indian Wells, CA at the 14 connection. from there all the way to Nevada (north bound) it is really nice. Pass a few great mountain towns, Mono Lake, entrance to Yosemite Nat. Park, Cattle ranches, and Topaz Lake as you get to NV. It's great but I don't remember how many miles it is.

Before you get to Topaz lake take the 89 into the mountains - Holy Crap your in real heaven then.

Minnesota is not flat country dude. Just not as intense as the mountains. Upper Minnesota can be hard to negotiate.
