    so the legislation went and
    passed a law changing the law in the state

    Making them ok.

    it's still a fight

    but for now, after a specific date they
    are good to go.

    Once the state gets wind of the money they
    can get...

    They got something called Lawyers. Been workin with them for 4 yrs.
    CAlled them and had it taken care of.
    Don't care what the cost is. Ain't paying the City nothin I can't git out of.
    Don't want it on my record.
