Got a little time before that happens LOL

Friend that got the 45 wants to put in a match grade PRP trigger
so I'll get to do that, and probably do one on mine as well.

Maybe I should buy it and practice on mine first LOL

Doesn't look too tough to do...

Just installed it tonight in his 45 took a while
for me to get the pitter patter down but after a bit
it was not hard at all.

Follow the video on the link I posted
there are two, do exactly as the guy teaches
it makes it easy I suggest you watch both parts
to get the whole process then start

The overtravel stop will require a lot of "sanding"
to get it down, I probably took half or more
of it off on his 45, basically you have to get the trigger
to pull enough to get the sear to release the trigger (level)

You'll need soft blow plastic hammer
punch kit (harbor freight has one)

Do the sear, safety and spring first
the takedown bar will move out of position
making the safety not seat, thats the silver bar
just get it set right and it will go fine.

You will have to sand the lip of the sear for the grip
safety some, a good fine file helps and some 400 grit
on a block, slow and steady.

When you do the trigger remove the block
and just install the trigger, spring and bar
then put in the pin, not the block or take down bar
saves time and makes it simple it's in the video

    Sure is nice..

It's not that bad, most is drop in, manuf tolerance differences in gun and match grade gun parts, so you tweak a few things (two actually) and it's simple to do, I can walk you though it, but the video is straight forward.

Yes they are good, I had three, it's a full DAO, and you cannot change that
they tear down super fast and easy, very few parts the FCU (Fire control Unit)
can be moved from sub compact to compact to FS, you can have 9, 40, 357 sig or
    45 (requires different frame)

Frames can be bought cheaply at $20 each
it's a fun gun and interchangeable, however I finally decided to go full
    metal sig

    If I was going to buy a polymer sig I'd get a P2022 in 9 or 40
advantage to 40 is you can stick a 357sig barrel in it and use the same
frame, upper and mags the 2022 is the better choice at $399 it's a
    composite frame P229 style sig.

There isn't that much profit in the pistol at that price. It is a very well made pistol and a very good shooting pistol. I think it actually shoots better than the Glock. And handles better and gives you more.

I miss my Glocks, but I got a new 45 and got the money to pick up my 40

For the money I think you get your moneys worth.
The Gun Shop here wanted 695.00 for it.

I can get a SW M&P in either 40 or 9mm for 499 and I think it's a better piston plus its made in the USA. My XD 40 Springfield is well made but that made in Croatia on the side of it still bugs me.
