    So, had a few minutes to drop in and say "Hey!" Have been kept pretty busy with some nuke inspections and deployment preparation. I will roll out to Ft Polk LA around 4 July, then going to the Afghan theater sometime in Sept. Figure I will be home sometime in March/April next year. Not sure what access will be like over the coming months, but will try to post up every so often!

    I was looking at some of your photo today and I thought to myself that I do not think that I have seen you post since I have joined. Glad to hear that everything is OK and please stay safe where ever it is that they send you.

    So, just the quick update....Yes, we are still in MT...last week (and trending this entire spring...) we have been trending up to 30 degrees cooler then average temps and rain....still a fair amount of snowpack in some of the mountains, so run off is still pretty high along with the rain....some flooding. Tornado in Billings was about a 3-4 hour drive away. Family is doing great. Daughter now has a horse and is in 4-H. Wife is keeping busy also. I have been on 2 real world Search and Rescue missions, 1 save, 1 aircraft crash site found, no survivors. Nuke inspections have all completed...and we passed. Set for this deployment, not really ready for it, but guess it will happen anyway! 2 months of army training before I go over....oh joy! Least I should get into shape over the next 8-9 months! I will sure try to get an addy posted either on the board or email to Chuck. Won't probably have that for a couple months tho, Ft Polk is first.....don't think I will need anything there!! Thanks for the well wishes and I will post again when I can!

    AFnurse - when ya git yer Army training - pay close close attention to the part5 about keepin your head down - don't want to read about ya in the newspapers. :p

    My thanks and appreciation to all who serve this fine country!

    When I first joined the forum, it was right after you guys did a collection of goodies to send to the troops. Since that time I have been collection those little bottles of shampoo and such from the many hotels I stay in. Is anyone planning on doing something like that again?
