I bought the HogTunes Big Ultra kit last week and I got a kit with a bad amp.
Got it all hooked up and went to test it and it would not work . Double checked all my connections and fuses still nothing .I finally gave up and took it all out and boxed it up to send back. Waiting to get a RMA number so I can send it back and get another one.Wouldn't have been so bad if it wouldn't of been 90 deg with a dewpoint of 75 deg. I was drenched by the time I got done . Must be the only guy in the world to get a defective amp.

The dealer I bought it from suggested I call Hog Tunes tried for 2 days left messages no call back. Apparently they are all at some kind of show and no-one will be around until Tues this week. So I am not to impressed with HogTunes support. The dealer seemed pretty willing to take it back and exchange it. We will see he is an internet store out in california.

Hope Hogtunes takes good care of him. I'm sure they will.
Not meanin to knock anybody stereo system but.........

The best sounding audio for a bike I've heard is J&M.
J&M has some 7 1/4 " speaker that are suppose to roll over the Biketronics 6 1/2 I got.

I got the new amp just like the guy promised .Only 1 small problem the amp is set up in a kit form all the wires and connections are part of the kit. when I sent my defective one back I sent the entire kit back .Ireceived just an amp back so it is just sitting on kitchen table waiting for the rest of the kit. I did finally talk to the tech at Hogtunes and he told me they have had some wiring harness problems so he thought it was a good idea that I got a new wiring harness. I finally just put the speakers in last night .I will see how that sounds today .

The new speakers are an improvement over the stock speakers. I am excited to hear them with the amp driving them.

finally got all of the parts to hook up the amp. I installed it today and went for a ride what a huge difference. It sounded better with the speakers it sounds great with the amp. I went for a ride and the sound was crisp and clear up to 85 mph did'nt go any faster to test it out. It was just as clear as at 45 mph. definitly would recomend this set up for an Ultra.
