I see that others had tough Turkey Day also. Youngest son, wife and 7 mo old twins came from PA. Twins showed bad colds. Wound up taking to ER. One with bilateral pnemonia the 2nd on his way to it. Still in hospital. Slow improvement. Probably be in hosp thru tomorrow. Its always something.

Here's hoping the toddlers heal soon. Guess it's going around - a relative of a friend died from a stroke while eating Thanksgiving dinner.

Well, my friends, here is a new day and I'm hoping all is well with you and yours. Yesterday I raked and burned leaves. Pecan trees drop a lot of leaves! Had about 15 huge piles of leaves to deal with and that's just the front yard. Couldn't get my riding mower going or I would have mulched them into the ground.

I'd be going for at least a short ride today if I could. It's 29 right now, so I guess I'll have to settle for a brisk morning walk with Radar. He don't care what temp it is LOL.

My mom is doing some better but still goes into spells where she starts shaking real hard. Don't know what's going to happen. She will see the doctor again on Monday.

Spent Thanksgiving with my daughter and her husband in Orlando. No riding, mostly family stuff. Did slip off for about 4 hours and slide down to Destination Daytona.... couple hours in HD and J&P Cycles, then a while in Saints and Sinners Pub... think I had a better weekend than a bunch of you. Just finished 10 hour drive back home... hope all are recovering...

Praying for your twins quick recovery Fatboy.

I just got back home from spending a few days in Taos, NM for Thanksgiving. Rode down with a friend since weather is so warm right now. Days were in the 60's and nights in the teens--but that's why hot tubs were invented.

Twins were discharged yesterday! They have lingering issues like bad head colds, one has an ear infection. These are results of the RSV and pnemonia. Thanks guys for the prayers, they work!
