Almost.... I am down to about 2 and a wake up to fly out of this place!!! SO looking forward to it! Daughter at home has already started a list of everything she wants to "do with dad..." One of the items is "Dad and I are going to ride the motorcycle in the 4 July Parade".....of course, I didn't even know this was possible....so guess I have to do some looking into it!! Depending on the day and time that I get home, I may be met at the airport by the wife....then I would go "rescue" my daughter from school....as a surprise! Course, depends on if I get home during the school week, AND during the school day..... time will tell!

Morning everyone....today (Friday) begins my journey..... my journey will take me about 1 week (give or take), multiple lay-overs in who knows which countries, and over 10,000 miles in an airplane (most likely crowded coach!). Internet will be spotty, but will update everyone when I can. Today I get to move 2 suitcases to the office, find my 3 other bags, clean my weapons, go the the final outprocessing appointment, and go to the airport. Not sure what day I fly out yet....but think it will be sunday (with an attempt at finding something on saturday).

Hope everyone has a great day! Mine will drag on and on and on and........ but the endpoint is that I am now moving in the right direction!

Great news brother! Now take a couple final precautions when travelling through European airports while in uniform: avoid standing in large crowds if you can, and make eye contact with anyone approaching you. Your reward is waiting for you at home.
