How do I identify a Sputhe block?

    I just bought what is supposed to be a Sputhe block. If it is I'm also trying to find out if it's the big bore or not. It has the numbers 700121094 I know it's short a 0 after the 7 but I can't figure out what it is. Help please!

    If it's a Sputhe case it should have their name on it...like this Fatvo block
