while its a little slow here this time of year, theres not a shit ton of people who post here in general, i have to say that in all the many forums i've joined and been kcked off of, this is hands down the best group of posters i've had the pleasure to interact with.

No egoes, attitudes or shitty demeanors. I realize and have experienced from time to time that some of my posts may have inadvertently and unintentionally set with some the wrong way. Please blame that on the difference between in person and the key board. I don't think i'm a bad guy. I've met josh bob, giversm and bambidee in person ask what they think? And i look forward to meeting others someday. For sure any and all here are welcomed to my 10/20(thats code for my house).

Biketalk is the standard that some forums should model there selves after and i hope we never get to big for our britchs.

Well, I have a piss poor attitude, but I tone it down for consumption here. LOL! Very true though, even if I stir the pot with some it is always in fun, and my eyes have been opened several times to a new view on here from others.
Does feel different without an opinion and lovely pics from out Oregon way, though...

As B/I has said , the people on the site communicate better in person in the daily world. Most likely due to our ages. (lol) Without being able to look a person face to face during a conversation can create some WTF was that person really trying to say.

At least you have a choice if you want to ride - too cold up here to ride - at least for me. But I played and sang at a biker brother's funeral yesterday and some hardy bikers rode their bikes, most without benefit of fairing or windshield. My friend was in his casket dressed in his Civil War uniform. He got pulled to the cemetary in a hearse attached to a Harley. At the cemetary, about a half a dozen were dressed as Rebel soldiers and fired three rounds off. Then they fired three rounds out of a cannon. Boys, let me tell ya, that ol' artillary piece jumped back a foot each time and I was only 30 feet away. Never forget it as long as I live. We sent our brother out in style . . .

Pushed a lot of wet snow and slush on tuesday, we have had very little snow this year. Did the local fire company lot 4 times to keep up, Rochester got much more and should have closed the schools and told the public to stay home by 6.00 am, would have saved everyone there a lot of stress.

Been a weird winter. Real cold, snow, then turn warm, last weekend in 70s in mountains here, then snow flurries off and on all week. Supposed to be in low 50s tomorrow and Sunday, I am riding... :)

Have to admit, spoiled since I got the RG. Cold weather is not really a bother as long as it is dry. Big difference from the softail...
