maybe the coil is bad, did you replace that. have you checked to see if you have juice coming from both wires from the coil, then full juice to the coil. are you getting gas to the front jug to get fire.

Might want to check your tuning adj again..make sure push rods are not to tight..also check timing again..dont forget to rotate advance cam to full adv. on the front cyl adv timing mark. when static timing. remember it take 3 things to make it run Spark,fuel,compression..good luck and i like that old school look you built

It was out of time...i checked the compression n it had 160 in the rear cylender and nuthing in the front so i automaticaly figured it was out of time...i took the side cover off n check it with the timming mark it ended up bn way out the previous owner that put it back together had the main crank shaft 180 out so i readjusted it put it back together n walla it worked :D

    Glad you got it working

3 things are needed for it to run

    Fuel
    Fire
    Compression

Usually if this happens I pull the plugs and check compression.
Figure if it's firing on the rear it's getting fuel still I check the carb float etc.
Then ignition which is the bugger , coils, wires, plugs, points(in your case) etc.
