Hello, I have a 95' Dyna Lowrider. When ever I come up to a stop light and actually stop the rpm's tend to increase. What is causing this to happen? I can't tell the exact rpm because of no gauges:banghead: Tuning is becoming a headache.

Welcome to the forum. When is the last time you had the carb off of the bike and the cover off?

I've just had the carb apart. I installed the cv performance tuners kit, new diaphram, vortex emulsion tube, new intake gaskets, and the gasket from carb to manifold. The bike does run better now. before I had a hesitation during steady cruising, it's gone now. I haven't been able to get any adjustment from the ez adjust screw, so I went down a size for the idle jet.
Anyways, I can't remember if it had the idle increase before the carb rebuild or not.

Diaphragm? Which one? The accel pump diaphragm or the black one over the slide?

Could also be a vacuum leak at the throttle shaft. (Worn bushings). That's what I ultimately found to be the case with my Keihin butterfly carb.

It's the accel pump diaphram that I replaced. Thanks for your guy's input so far. I'll have to wait till this weekend to tear into it again. I'll check all the stuff you've mentioned.
