I installed my Mikuni HSR last weekend and spent the last week riding around with a goofy grin on my face.(Thanks CD!)

The installation went smoothly and it runs great as it is, but I'm a little confused by the tuning instructions. The manual says:
Does this mean that closing the screw makes it richer?
My experience with the mixture screw on the CV is that closing the screw makes it leaner. Was I mistaken about the CV or is the setup different on the Mikuni?

the idle mixture screw on a hs42 is a air adjustment not a fuel adjustment as on the stock carb and most after marcket units .Hope this helps,Mike
