    That's a tough one. If the officer were my wife, I would say she was right. Better to argue to twelve than St Pete. If I were in a situation with police I would be careful to show both hands and very slow to move. We all know that! What was that guy thinking??

    Stupid 56 year old guy here with an assault rife was out in the street in a Portland suburb was pointing it at people including kids the other day. Cops showed up tried to talk him to drop the weapon. He started to and then picked it up real quick and pointed it at them. Well, he is now dead. Had so many holes through him He looked like Swiss cheese.

    I saw the video of him someone took when he was in the street with the rifle. You could clearly see he was very confused and didn't understand what was going on or even what he was doing. To bad for him and his family that he couldn't have got help.

    all the facts especially with a LEO shooting,

    They have to grab their pants to hold them up to walk.

    I'am only about 2 or 2 1/2 hrs from Houston, wouldn't want to live there, don't even like driving through it...when I have to I try to time it for really early a.m. Its not the weather though, pretty much the same as where I live, don't think I'll ever live anywhere else...have a lot of friends who have moved away at one time of the other and they always seem to come back here. Think its just depends where you grew up and what your use to, weather is just what your use to, I'am little like Cardboard when it comes to cold weather..don't like it, just like you guys who don't like the heat. Being different is what makes life interesting:roflmao:

    Think of this Houston has over 6 million folks driving in it everyday that they have counted.

    I don't want to drive with that many folks.
    And somebody is killed there everyday of the week.
