Can anyone give me some operating instructions for the Harley immobiliser / alarm fitted to 2005 models. Has a fob with a button in the middle. Need to know how to set it to service and transit mode.
    Thanks in advance

cant help ya with instructions, but i do know they are a big pia!!!! especially across the pond. we had a few brits that rented new harleys. we stopped out in west Texas for a cool beverage and their bikes would not start. called dealer and they were no help, even putting the fob on top of the seat didnt help. one of the guys remembered that some autos with that feature were stalling on the hiways. it was determined that there was a small radio tower in the close vicinity and was causing interference. we looked across the road and there was a tower. we pushed the bikes about a 1/2 mile down the road and they started fine.....i dont want one. i hope someone can help you out with what you need!!!!

Yeh, I know that issue. Happened to us in France, was a pain until I realised what was going on. This is not just a HD security system issue, many other bike systems have the same problem.
