On way home from Lake placid , NY. Youngest son did the Ironman race for the first time. He paced in the top 30% out of about 3000 competitors. 2.4 miles of swimming the 112 miles of bicycle then 27.2 miles of running one right after another. I'm a very proud pops !

Cool, and props to the Pop!

I hope I can get my sons out for such activity, but I'd have to chase 'em the whole way.
