    :roflmao::roflmao: that is funny... I was reading the lit. for my ignition and they kept refering to "hot soak" but did not explain what it is really. I have never heard of it until then either..:D

    heat soak/hot soak is a term in the automotive area the refers to period of time right after you shut an engine down after usually a log run. The temperatures usually rise above the normal operating temperature and will generally put engine sensors in a stressed situation
    usually ignition or F.I. Hall effect ignition sensors are a good example.but the period is very short as the engine start's cooling off very Quickly

    it is when you wash your bike............put it in a big ol'tub of hot water.......loosens all the junk stuck to it!!!!!!!!!!!! sheeeesh!!:)
