Great. Now it will be sunny when I leave for work and dark when I get home. No outdoor work until spring. Hmm, I guess that IS a good thing..

Going riding tomorrow with some guys. You'll like the Limited with the 103 great motor. 7 months sounds terrible, couldn't live where your at just way to cold. Hope you got wood for the stove. :)

Lucifer, don't you have any nice warm days during the winter that you can still ride?

It's already gotten down to 5 deg. f. here at night, but bounces back up to upper 50's by noon. Snowed 12" here in town on Wednesday, totally melted and dry on Friday! Everyone thinks we have such a terrrible winter, but I think MN and Chicago area are the worst in the country.

Yep, agree with that and would never live in either but they don't know any difference otherwise they would all be in the West.

Depends on how the winter goes,we'll have some nice days where it'll get up to mid 40*'s ,but you'd have to get out during daylight hours and make sure you're back before dusk...the way the weather is here is if you don't like it now, wait 10 minutes LOL
The problem for me is that it's dark before I finish work and I learned my lesson on winter riding at night... I won't put the bike away until the end of November, but the only chance for me to get a ride in would be on Sunday's if we're not buried in snow and ice...Weatherman has the toughest job on the island, a nice day can turn pretty sour pretty fast without warning...

Man, that's some tough weather up there. BRRR! Get's cold here in eastern N.C. but not too bad. Had 18" of snow a few years back, but normally it doesn't snow in the winter here. Personally, I don't like riding if it gets much below 60. So there are a few scattered fall & winter days here where it's good to ride in. Course, I don't have heated grips and all the rest of it. Don't wear gloves, either. Hardheaded that way.:)
