Just had rotator cuff surgery on Sept. 26th, so I'm laid up for a few months. My bike is an on-going project, so my brother-in-law let me borrow his spare bike. We spent the whole day before my surgery riding through beautiful Southwest Virginia. Had a blast and can't wait to get back on the road!!:chopper:

I just went through back surgery and am back in the saddle again after being off the bike for a couple of months. Just make sure you do what the doc says and don't rush it.
