    VA is not by noise it's if stock pipes are altered in any way. Which is not right they can give you a ticket for almost any reason.

    Fl is that way, you may not alter the original factory exhaust except with a like replacement, period, which means whatever way it came from the factory.

    Law enforcement here is not bad on pipes, you have to be an idiot
    or drunk and showing off at bike week to get in trouble.
