m-head as far as I know the 90 model cop evo is the same as the reg 90 evo , engine wise , my 03 cop flh has some different parts but the engine is the same as the reg 03 flh, my 04 evo is my first evo & I bought it last summer & love the way it runs put a lot of miles on it :D, Think if I could I would swap my 03 for a 98 evo & be happy :D

The Police manual is only a supplement manual...wiring diagrams make it worth while to have it will refer to things that are unique to Police Models...The supplement is in addition to the regular Touring Model Service Manual which is what you'll really want to get...
Your cop bike will have a higher output alternator, 40 Amp as opposed to 32 Amp in a civilian model for obvious reasons....but everything else is pretty much the same as the Touring Model FLHT

Here's a link to the 2 Manuals....1st is the Police Supplement ,2nd is the Service Manual that would include your bike
