Well I just got back from the orthopedic doc and he says we gotta operate on my ankle. I had injured the ankle a few times over the years and it caught up to me. Not a rush just yet but the longer I wait the chances of a detached tendon go up. He says 6-8 weeks recovery. 3 weeks in a cast, then a boot (no, not a motorcycle boot). 3 weeks on crutches. I just got to decide when. Damn. :gah:

I'm maybe looking at surgery on my Rotator cup on left shoulder and if I had the option I would do it now. I want to got to Sturgis so don't need a surgery screwing me up in the summer.

And Charlie you really do need to get some glasses if that's what your dancing with. :roflmao:

About rotater cuff,Get another opinion. I say because, many times they heal themselves. 'Happened to me. It took about 4 months. 1 month before any improvement then in the 4th month got better all of a sudden. 100% now. JMO

I guess I was lucky. I couldn't raise my left arm to the side or reach behind me but I had strength from straight down. So, riding felt fine but couldn't put a belt through my pants from the left side or raise my arm to shoulder hight or reach across my chest. All better now. :D

Mine really hurts when I reach forward to grab the bars or a steering wheel in a car. Right handed so I can eat and do that other thing very well.
