I have a titan 01' with a 107 s&s. the last couple of days after about 30 min. of riding it bogs down like it is starved for gas. when I get on the gas it will clear up and run fine but as soon as i got out of the gas it bogs back down. I have changed the spark plugs. I also found a bolt missing in the manifold. put new one in. same problem. but it runs fine when i first get start riding. another thing my front pipe is discolored and not my back one??????

If the front cylinder was being starved for gas it could be running lean and hot, thus discoloring the pipe. I'm not sure why it would only be one cylinder. Is the gas tank properly vented so as not to impinge the flow of fuel?

It sounds like you have a air leak in the intake start the bike and let it idle squirt the intake joints with carb cleaner or WD 40 if you have a leak the idle speed will change when you squirt the leaking joint. Then if that what is causing your problem replace all! the gaskets in the intake system. Dutch
