I just purchased Progressive Rear Shocks for a 2007 Electra Glide. I am awaiting the repair manual to come in from Harley which was supposed to be here today but it didn't make it due to the "Holiday". The only thing I am wondering is what are the torque specs on installing the rear springs so I can get these installed and back to the owner.

I would encourage the owner of said bike to take it to a reputable HD dealership.

Are you meaning the torque spec for the shock bolts?
