Unloaded the '03 Ultra, and replaced it with a 2012 Classic. So far I'm lovin it !! It had a whopping 1200 miles on it when I rode off the lot.

Heres some good upgrades for you,

    1) Headers to get rid of the cats and reduce heat, use stock heat shields
    2) mufflers, helps with heat
    3) K&N washable filter
    4) Tuner to download map

That should be good for a 10 to 12% hp increase and a major reduction in heat.

Get a fullsac header and swap the baffles in your mufflers for his with better baffles
    HD 103 Stage 1 Kit

    http://www.fullsac.com/

Get the TTS Mastertune and if you get if from them they will toss in a map
that was custom dyno tuned for the 103 with his header and baffles, saves
having to have the bike dyno tuned.

I run it on my 110, as do several friends excellent system

It's got slip on mufflers, and air filter. I'll do a tuner and headpipes eventually. I'll sure take a look at those parts HRK. Thanks.

The header is worth doing, it will dump the cat, they sell a replacement stock header
that has the cat cut out too, you just ship yours back in exchange, less money but
IMHO the header is better and keep your stock header... It just bolts right up
it's a stock replacement, ceramic coated, no cat...

Yep, that's what I did. I used the V&H head pipe and really like it. I also kept my stock one Just in case.
