The OL has done made another pot of Chili with it being so cold outside.
    Mmmmm its good.

    Chili

soaked Kidney beans overnite, with water, can of diced tomatos with Japapinos, cayenne pepper and Italian season, overnite.

next day saulteed garlic, cooked ground buffalo beef, and put that in the pot.

In a blender put beef broth, serino pepper with the seeds. And celantro, Basil and blended it.
    Put it in a pot

Put a can of beer in too.
Bring it to a boil and let it simmer for 3 hours.

    Thanks Cowboy !

you can take any of these chili receipts and simply cook dried Kidney beans and add them to it and it will make the receipt much better.

    I love Beans.

When your making your chili, take the left over juice from the JalapeƱos and dump it in to, dang makes it even better. :D

I checked the winners from the last three years and none of them added JalapeƱos, :wtf:

You really want to put Big Jims or Hatch Chili in it.

You can substitue some other peppers.

If you ever eat big Jims Chili, you won't like Japalino peppers as much again.

My wifes family sends them to her sometimes.

She roast them on the grill and deveins then and takes the seeds out

    Order Fresh Chile

But how could you eat Chili without Kidney beans.
    I love beans.

    Just slightly.

My doctor changed my cloestrol medicine.

I had stomach cramps and thought for a few days that I was constitaped.
    Screwed around too long.

My Appendix had exployed, Normal white blood cell count is 8000, my white blood cell count went over 28,000

They had me in Intensive care before the doctor came in. Had me on Double morphine and some other stuff.
I blew up like a Pumpkin.
Doc said it would be close to weather he could do anything for me.
    I was full of infection.

They cut me open and took my appendix out just before christmas and had to take my intestines out and wash them.
Had 3 stitchs holdin me together. Had a tube with a suction ball hanging out of me.
Was in the Hospital for 6 days.
Was leakin out the incesion all day and nite.
They changed my bed about 6-9 times a day from it leakin.
The doctor said he couldn't close it up cause it would cause a infection wound.
Wound up with like 27 staples and 3 stitch's.

Took 9 days before I could eat and keep food down.
Was to the point that the smell of food made me sick.
tried to drink a 7up and it was so thick it was like drinkin Honey.
Wife brought some popcorn in the room and made me sick smelling it.
I was to the point that I didn't want to eat anymore.
    That scared me.

Drank some Ensure tryin to git something on my stomach, that was a screw up. man what a mess I made when it came up.

    so to answer yer question.

    Yes I had a month of a rough time.

    Gittin better now.
Doc said he cut threw layers of muscle and if I tried to do anything I would git a hernia and be back in the hospital. And would take 12 months to heal.
There's no way I want to go back for another operation, or be in the Hospital.

been in enough pain for too long.

so I'm bitchin and raising hell and coastin man.
Can't do much more right now.:cussing:
