Through this BB I got to meet and ride with Goose, SK, Marc,CD and some other's I've lost contact with over the years....had a lot of good times and great rides...looking forward for some more.

It's awsome and a great ice breaker to meet up with people ya chat with then go for a ride.

Ain't that the truth. It'll be 9 years next month since CD, Sleepy, FLHTbiker and I met for the Laughlin River Run. I'd actually met FLHTBiker 10 years ago this September at St. Vibrations in Reno. Damn Marc..10 years!

It's probably been five or sixs years since I first "met" you all online. So many times I wished I could have made those trips to the southwest to meet you all.

I too love meeting fellow members. If'n you ever get in the vicinity of southern Minnesota, give me a shout and I'll do my best to meet up with you. I've ridden as far as 3 hours one way just to meet another member; and it was worth every mile.:cheers:

EDIT: looking at my join date in the profile, it says I've only been around since April 2004, but I KNOW thats wrong. I took delivery of my 01FLHT in April 01 and ordered my Mustang seat from CD just a few months later. Bike talk was the first forum I joined.

I've been riding down Friday morning for the day the last couple of years (it's only a 90 minute ride from Las Vegas), but I got my last finals that same day. I may try to ride down Saturday for the day if I can get up after partying pretty hardy Friday night (I'm throwing a party for my graduating class of nurses here at the house..about 5 guys and 40 something girls..mostly in their 20s ).

Supervison? Don't need no stinkin supervision.

I'm sure many of the ladies will have escorts, but it will be a unique experience for a party.

And Laughlin? It'll be there next year, and the year after that....

Hello, I am new to Bike Talk but looking forward to getting to know nice people who enjoy the ride. I have an 07 Electra Glide Ultra, this is a change from the Sporters I used to ride. I love the bike and the ride and all that goes with it. Again nice to meet you.
