yep, rained and snowed all day yesterday, maybe 5 inches here at our house, most of it is gone today, spring time in the rockies, 70 one day, 30 the next and back to 70 the next.

What you talking about those Mini-Sodas :D

Did the inspection from helllll today took me 5 1/2 hours just for the inspection, was 80 at the inspection. Came out of the crawl space soaking wet from sweat and pooped, 3,000 square foot on one level with about 15 inches of total room, all heat ducts are strung out in the crawl space. Swimming pool, in ground sprinklers, 3 separate fireplaces. Two living rooms a large family room 4 bedrooms a jetted tub. The worst part was nothing worked :banghead: should have tacked on an extra 200 for the tip. Still get to do the report now.:gah: not really beaching got 400.00 for it. I think I would just rather be riding.:D

That sucks. I was doing some ac and refrig for several months and crawl spaces suck. Rather be on on deli roof in January with 20f and 25 mph winds. One house we had to re-duct thru crawl space on a harbor. Could only work low tide cause water came under 2x day. Raccoons were nesting in ducts (it was February). Had to battle the 'coons, tide, ice and snow.

Yea, I run into coons, rats, possum, coyotes, dead animals all the time and lots of cats. When there is lots of water under a house I won't go because of electrical. Crawl spaces just suck.

I injured my foot pretty good and it swells up at the ankle everyday, probably should get an X-ray. The crawl space today didn't help it as I banged my ankle up on concrete blocks good today.

Anyone who lives in snow country I can see getting a little crabby. Especially when it is still on the ground in May. :(

Forgot to say its going to be in the mid 80's this weekend. :)

It is actually melted away where we are at. Melted the next week after BaggerPaul left. This coming week it is suppose to be in the upper 60s :)
