What are yer thoughts on Loading a Electra Glide in Back of a F250 by yerself.

Seen this but I still don't know how Its gonna go in the back of the truck my itself.

And I know when my buddy put his EGC in back of his F350 he messed the tailgate up.

With something you that would allow you to put yer bike in the truck will give you room to still pull a boat.

Looks like where Rampage gits like 2300.00 for their lift.
Harbor freight has one just like it for 600.00

Theres lots of $600 trucks around these days.

I have a set of ramps that when I had my Ford F150 and my GMC1500 I used to drive it on hundreds of times with no problems and roll it right back off.

You only need a lift if your expectin your bike to break down a lot.

It's easy if the ramps are wide. On my ramp (it is actually three pieces) I can place my feet down anywhere going up if I have to stop or as I am slowly going back down. And don't forget I have RK.

I don't find the need to use them anymore. I used them a lot when I was living in Michigan, but since I have moved to California 7 years ago I used them to move here and that was the last time. I won't sell them though.

And think about havin to load and unload the ramps.
I'm gittin a little old. Ain't takin my bike up any ramps.:banghead:
    And especially backin it off.
All I would need it to do is git wet or have dew on it or rain and git hurt.
    No thank you.
And somebody can steal the ramps pretty easy.:witsend:

The bike lift will stay in the truck so you can haul the bike.
it will help you unload it.
And it won't be as easy to steal.

when yer threw with it you can unbolt it from the truck and take it out.
    and put it up.

Buy a used enclosed trailer, better and safer plus its locked up inside. I've seen some cheap lifts on pickups get stuck half way up and it was real comical watching em trying to get the bike off. We even killed a couple of six pack watching, great show but not for them.
