Mustang has just announced that they are finally producing a heated countered heated seat. It is shown in the Partz section in the April issue of Thunder Press or here on the Mustang site.

    Heated Seats : Mustang

Heat Demons also has a pad to add to your existing seat for 59.00. I know those down in Texas wouldn't need a heated seat, you need an air conditioned seat but those in the northern states might like one.

    20 WATT MOTORCYCLE SEAT HEATER

There are a lot of new cool items shown in the April issue Thunder Press

I can't imagine that many people ride in colder weather than I do - that is, down to 9 degrees Fahrenheit. That said, my butt's heat has never been an issue. I just don't get it.

And, no, my butt ain't THAT big......

Not sure how the weather swings out your way but sometimes up nort mother nature slings some pretty nasty stuff. This stuff comes in handy when you're out away from home and you're trying to get back. The nice thing about some electric gear is that it isn't bulky and with a thermostat you only dial up what you need..call me soft but I use a gore Tex Shell and a Gerbings liner...life's good.

With heated gear it's always the same tempeture, just right. I do have to say it is a hazzle at times just getting dressed, but worth it once you're on the road.
