    Hi Guys

    Lately i have been put my thoughts to paper so to speak and have come up with my first blog. Reflections From The Back Of A Motorcycle.

    Its a blog about riding bikes, getting hit by a car, **** that pisses me off and other observations.

    Nobody I know eats (ugh!) SPAM! Only thing worse is Vienna Sausage! But my neighbor eats pig eyes. My father-in-law (bless his departed soul) ate scrambled pig brains & eggs. And the meat section at the Piggly Wiggly is always low on pig feet. Now, THAT'S southern cuisine!!

    we eat spam here............and love the vienna sausage!!!! great snack food when hunting or fishing............with ritz crackers!!!! not into the pigs stuff tho. do like pickled eggs!
