My first Evo

    I been trying to find a good evo softail for a while now & found this one just west of Fort Worth , 94 with about 63k on her thats my daughter & the view is from the guys driveway , handlebars are first to go

    That sure is a good looking bike there Cowboy. I am sure will enjoy it. Now you could ride that one up to Sturgis without any worries of a faulty oil pump. :D

    Flht those bars are the old style pull backs my elbows are next to my ribs , going with some mini apes 12-14 inch

    Cowboy, I put the Wild one chubby 12 inch mini apes on my springer, very nicely made bars, can't go wrong with them.

    Nice scooter Cowboy & not a lot of miles for a '94. I agree about the buckhorns, even tho I have them on my bike. Mine come off a Sportster, only 27" across and not much pullback. In the riding position my arms are straight out with a slight bend in the elbows, but those look humongus and probably 3 feet wide.

    Josh these bars are about 10-12 high , but come straight back i'am about 5-9 & 170 & my elbows are next to my ribs , I had a night train seat from. 01 & put it on lowered it a bit & lifted the bars up , but they still suck , so the 10-12 mini apes are in mind , I'll start looking for some used ones from a heritage first or some that some one took off

    Yo, I know what you can do with those buckhorn bars so that they don't go to waste, mount em on the hood of yer old Caddy with the grips facing forward! :roflmao:

    :roflmao:Yep they'd be good for that 'cause they're horrible on motosickles....Congrats on the new to you Evo Cowboy,nice looking ride....I put a set of Wild One Chubby Knucklehead bars with 4"pullback risers on my Heritage ....when I told my lil sweetie how good they felt she said"Well they should feel good since they named them after you" :cussing::fight: She's a smart azz....

    :roflmao: it's got to be in there blood , my little lady says the same thing & she's from your way some place qubeck (sp) her folks bought her at the chuch 5& 10 store up there , I was just at my Indy shop & he had some 9in apes , so I'll try them for now they have to better then the ones on there now , I'll keep looking for some 10-12 in mini apes :cool:

    I've got 12" mini's and I really like them, 2nd bike I've had them on. and only 32" wide tip to tip.
    you could always put on risers to raise them up a little.
