I love jambalaya, but no one around here knows how to make it, or any other Cajun dish. I feel deprived sometimes.

Been known to do so....and lots other stuff too. Usually let the OL do most of the cookin now days, she not a cajun but been down here long enough to do a good job cookin it. I usually do the outside cookin things
