Need Help Asap

    Ken, I fuc$$d up man.........I was confused by the picture in the intructions and I drilled out a different plug. If the carb is facing you(while it's attached to the bike) there is another metal plug on the left side towards the top. What is it ? There was no screw just a hole that goes into the carb.

    Please don't tell me I have to buy a new carb......:gah:

    You might want to try plugging it up with a rubber plug with a flange or maybe some JB weld.

    If its the indented steel plug on the side it is similar to a freeze plug. Its installed at the end of the manufacturing process to seal an air passage. Seal it with some JB Weld, just don't let it seep down into the passage. Do this and you'll be fine.
