This should go under a new topic as it has nothing to do with snow...

Did it touch the ground next to it. Did you check the fuses?

There should be a wiring diagram in the owners manual. Some are very detailed and othere not so detailed.

If you have a test light see if the red wire has power coming from it. like it may loop somewhere first. I most cases red is positive. Can you trace it to anything on the bike. and like FLHTbiker said about fuses.

Trying to blow up your pictures on my Ipade it almost losks as if there are two bare wires side by side?

Also look for anything close where that red wire is to see if it broke off from something.

Hi im the one actually working on this bike ok this red wire goes from the ignition threads down the farin to the side of the battery next to the carb
It has no power going through it so someone saidput it to the live on the battery oh dear not good idea it makes the cable and ignition smoke
I reconectted a wire this morning now i have indicators electric start and horn
Im guessing with the dash lights working that this wire can not be so important
I have a spark on the plug but kick start and electrick start are not making it fire its just turning over any ideas
