need info on sportster that has mostly new parts but wont crank

    Won't crank

    I am sure that several of us can help but we need a lot more detailed information.

    1. Does it turn over at all?
    2. What sounds does it make?
    3. New battery? Does the headlight go dim when trying to start?
    4. Does it spin over but won't start?

    What was done or did it just happen?
