Shocks are the best way to go. There are seat guys that know how to trim your stock seat to lower you some. There are custom seats that will lower you and move you forward an inch or two.
    I haven't heard of a hammock seat.
Another option; I think 2010 are a little lower than the 09's .

I'll chime in on the shocks as well, I'm not tall and I put the lowered shocks on my '04 E-G. I like it .cause I can flat foot it at stops..really nice when you're two up. It does cut into the ground clearance a little. The hammock seat looks like it sits up a little higher which doesn't do you a lot of good. There is also a lowering kit for the front which could help you.

The easiest way to lower your bike without a lot of expense is to put on a set of Street Glide shocks on the back. You'll get almost an inch and with those I can flatfoot the 09-10 baggers. I'm inseam challenged. There are many lowering kits for the frontend that will get you up to 2 inches drop. The only problem with lowering the front end is you experience parts dragging in turns if you are even mildly aggressive.

Got a buddy that's short, he got a 2010 Ultra limited.
He had to have the springs changed by HD in the front tubes and the back lowered, and he had to have the seat cut down so he could touch the ground.

    Lower seat height - Corbin
Shorter rear shocks - HD Street Glide

Or FBI sells a 3 inch drop bolt on kit with new seat, fender and rails just paint the fender
    and bolt it on...

I was unable to get flat foot on stops. I put the street glide low profile shocks and a reach seat on my 09 Road King and now I am flat foot. The lowered back end makes the bike look better as well. Good luck!

Tried the air dump on the tires and it wollowed in the turns! Check out Fat Baggers lowering system. They replace the rear section of the frame (which is a bolt on) and it loweres the seat height 3 inches and looks good.
