New bars and risers

    Seems this would be simple. But simple I am. New risers are Custom Chrome 4" a slight pull back. They are chrome polished aluminum no knerling. Handlebars also chrome no knerling.
    What do I put on the bars or clamps to grab so the bars do not pivot. They just will not tighten up? :confused:
