Wouldn't replace a regular scoot, but looks like a good work vehicle.

Man I might have to have a drink before I got up enough courage to ride one.
It might wind up on its side.:gah:

Carboard you didn't listen to the whole clip. The inventor stated it can't fall over as the wheels automatically come down. Me I like a normal bike without worrying if the training wheels would come down or not.

I have a hard time dealing with a windshield at times much less that thing. Looks like a fun toy though.

If it came with a set of bolt on wings then it would be good, drive it to the airfield, drive it in to the wings, lock them in place, and off...get to your destination field, then no worries about transport at the other end...shame it looks like a kids toy though

That would also have to be a liquid cooled engine under there, which would defeat the KISS solution from day one. Imagine a 08 or 09 FLH eng under there with the heat problems they already have. And where's the AC for that thing.
No thanks I like the wind in my face!

Yes it is....BMW I seem to remember when the concept first came out...I think this is a few years old now.

Just found this on another site

The cager-motorcycle is powered by a 1200cc BMW engine and gets about 50 mpg, which is not any better than most motorcycles out there. It has air conditioning and a stereo. But it costs $80,000.

Ah..here it is the mfg website

Cant imagine you would be popular nipping between the traffic, and then have to stop and slow down...and the wheels come down on the top of someones car......maybe a soft top...and then they pull off with you still 'connected'

Certainly a different concept. We saw one of those "things" when we wer out in CA a few years back. It was toolin' down Highway 1 just below Big Sur. Not sure if I'd really want to ride one though.
