I have a 95 heritage softtail with an Eco motor I want to beef it up because I have a side car that is usually full of gear or a passenger. So I need to know what engine I can put in with the most horse power and the least changes

I had a 1998 Ultra w/ sidecar and the 80 CI EVO motor was more then enough, w/ or w/out a passneger. I mean you can or rather should only go so fast on a sidecar bike.

And regardless of how powerful a stroked motor you put in, as a consequence of lugging a sidecar attached to the bike frame its never gonna have that same power band continuity as a non sidecar bike.

Just learn to safely ride what you got.

Ultima and RevTech make aftermarket EVO replacements in larger CC displacement, you'd be better off to get one from them than put a bunch of money into an 80 evo, you can't bore it out with larger cyl without having to bore the cases, dollar for dollar an Ultima 113 or 106 would be good.

How many miles on your EVO now and what type of touring/ riding style? A fresh top end, pistons /small cam and clean up on heads package can make a large improvement with a little exhaust and intake update without breaking the bank. A larger motor would need the exhaust and intake anyways.
