New leg brace

    So today I recevied my new leg brace / splint to help strech my leg back out straight have to where it 2 hr today then add a hour every day till 6-8 hr a day , shouldn't walk in it so set / lay down for the time due that day

    Man that looks like an ordeal, hope you recover quickly. So when you get up to 6-8 hours, what do you do, try to sleep in it?

    Looks heavy duty. I hope you'll be walking soon. When I broke my back 10 years ago, I had to wear a back brace for 6 weeks or so. It looked like a turtle shell; couldn't move my head much.
    Dr. Joshbob says take lots of fluids with yer pain meds. It's no joke having to go into the hospital for 3 or 4 days and have them juice you up with saline solution. Been there; done that.:rolleyes:
