You know NM is a totally different lookin place than the rest of the U.S.
Homes and all, not to mention the mountains and chili.

My wife is going to N.M. in a couple weeks to her neices wedding, she will also seee her mom who is like 86 and git chili and have it roasted there and freezee it and bring it back.
Its easier when you have one of those barrel roasters they turn when they roast it.
They got a stand in Tomball that sells it to. They got the barrel and roast if for you.

The chili you can git on a regular burger at Whataburger is the same dude.
They just limit how much they put on it.

You can go in Walley World right now and buy green chili
    Or go to Whataburger
But remember Chili ain't a all year long thing
Sept time us when they harvest it
    It goes fast

When you git it roast it and put it in the freezer

You can bet yer butt, before the chili makes it here. That Lois will have to share her Chili with her sister.
I can guarantee you we will not make it home with much. It always happens like that.
So if you think we might axidently have some extra, it never works out like that.
And she will only be able to git so much on the plane with her.
I tried to git her to buy it and mail it Fedex. The answer was its too hard to roast it and cut it up when they will do it for you out there.
    I was told NO.!

Oh well, guess that's the way it works out when you got Kin folks that lives close to you.

I can't complain oh. I could wind up with None.

Ate me a Regular Waterburger this mornin with Green Chili on it and had a Dr. Pepper........

I like to roast them on the BBQ grill. MY wife don't like to roast them cause I don't help.
I got kin folks in N.M. and they don't even send them to me.
OL has to go out and git em and bring what they will let her on the plane.
She ain't brought any in a few years either.
