Going on a trip at the end of the month & was thinking about a faring bra for my FLHTi. I ordered the bra from Hales H-D w/Bar & Shield stainless trim.
As I stood back a few feet observing the installed product...I just shook my head & removed the bra & trim.JMO--This had to be the Crappiest accessory I've ever purchased through Harley. The product most likely serves it's function,It's just really Cheap looking.I opted for a bottle of wax & micro fiber towels in my hard bags.:roflmao: :: Yeah,I'm kinda anal about a clean ride.00 wildglide

another thing about these bras and covers........they will trap dirt under them, then while riding this dirt scratches the finish. they will keep the bugs off, but with a tradeoff.......................i dont like them..................:)

Not really the same thing but when I bought my sissy bar pad, I wanted the one with the Harley logo on it...So I bought it & put it on, the staples that hold the leather on showed thru on the other side of the bracket that held it in place....I was pissed. So rather than take it back & probably get one that could even be worse, I just took the staples out, strectched the leather a little more & re-stapled it. As far as Bra's go, I dont like em on women or bikes...Used to have one on my Mustang in the 90's & I didnt have too many problems with it, other than it was a pain in the ass getting it off & on every time you wash the car.

I put a tank bra on my super glide sometimes just for looks. It looks pretty good , but after awhile it does leave rub marks, and I have to buff them out. So much for the look!

I don't have much use for covers of any kind, just rather get a chrome piece. I dont mind paint chips either after I get enough of them it gives me an excuse to re paint. As far as sex of a Harley, I guess it don't really matter because even if you have sex with your bike you are going to get carbon all over your member. BTW I ain't confessing to the deed. AL
