I have made the following mods to my 07 FLSTN AND DOWNLOADED A MAP FROM THE POWER COMMANDER SITE. Heads ported and polished with Racing valves, 103 clyinders with flattop pistons, Rush slip ons, oxygen sensors eliminated. 251 screaming eagle cam, K&N filter. Power commander controller.

The map that I downloaded does not account for the headwork and the cam that was the closest to what I have was a 255. The exhaust on the map was screaming eagle.

    Any suggestions will be welcomed

If you know what your doing you can fine tune it with a lap top , If not do as AFN said & find a good indy shop that has & know's how the use there dyno check around with other riders in your area & see what name comes out on top

Gotta agree with AFNurse. A good dyno also has an exhaust gas analyzer that lets the tuner know when the mixture is right and not just seat of the pants accelerometer. Proper mixture is important to keep the enjine running as cool as possible and not suffer from preignition/detonation.

Thanks for the replys fellows. I suppose at this point the Harley shop gets in my pocket again. I think they have the best dyno in the Nashville Tn area. If anyone knows of a better tuner in this area please reply.

I took everyones adsvise and took the motorcycle to TNT Performance in Nashville Tn. They are the only Nashville recommended tuner for DynoJet.

The results are, 96.9 HP and 110.6 Ft Lbs of Torque. If anyone has any further comments, Please Post.

A custom map is good, did they tune it or just do three or full pulls and give you the results,

The difference is measuable in power, mileage and $

The motor was dyno tuned at 500 rpm intervals from idle to 6000 rpms each cylinder seperate and then the motor a whole. I do not have a way to post the chart

Looks like a really good tune, as far as #'s, hope it starts, runs smooth and is reliable with good mileage.
