bought a H-D 2013 Sportster 2 weeks ago, have not been able to ride but did turn it on few times, no problems. Finally tried to take a ride and the Oil light remains lit and engine sputtered. Turned it off right away, now wont start. Any Suggestions?

Of course will be calling Harley but if its something minor I can fix, id rather do that first.
    Thanks
    Skyy

By the way welcome to the forum.

I'm with HRK let the dealer deal with it. You did check oil level?

If the motor isn't running the oil light will stay on, but new bike should run. make the dealer fix it...don't take a chance and touch something the dealer can later use to weasil out of because you tried to fix it yourself. IMHO
