    Hi, does anyone know the parts number for the new 2009 heritage classic handlebars,and if you would have to change cables on a 2004 FLSTC/I,thanks

    You do know that the 09 has throttle by wire? Don't know if the bars will swap or not.

    I checked accessories section on the HD website, lists FLSTC bars from 86-08.
    If you measure the width rise and pullback on the 09 bars I'm sure you'll find a set to match and fit your bike.
