I have a 2008 XL1200C Sportster. My wife has now decided that she would like to ride with me every now and then. Can anyone recommend a passenger seat and back rest. She is going to want a large back rest and seat.

It would be really nice if the backrest was removable.

    Thanks

I prefer Mustang over Corbin, but both make good sets of seats. If you're gonna spend the cash for a new seat, make sure you get a removable driver's backrest. Makes all the difference in the ride comfort. My dad has the Corbin on his 2009 XL1200C Sportster and says it is great, but he's the kind to never say anything bad about a decision he's made!:roflmao: I had recommended he go Mustang, so obviously he went Corbin.......:banghead: I know his cost more!

HD makes detachables check with them if all you need is a backrest.

The others require replacing the seat and backrest as a system, Corbin
won''t work with other backrests but Corbin, nice thing is they are
    well made and hidden.
