Pc Iii Usb

    anyone having a problem with the software from the website... i just got my PC III today and while im trying to install the fuel pump accellerator, nothing happens... the PC is conected properly, running off the 9v battery but none of the other shown screens come up... all it has is the green light moving up and down from fuel + to fuel - ... any help? thanks

    Is the USB connector hooked up properly? Does the software indicate if it has located the PC? If it does not recognize the PC the software cannot pull up the maps. I would start from scratch and if no go call our tech line at 520-750-8884 and ask for Sam.
