    For Bar-B-Que with a bite!
depending on the size batch you want to make, I make enough to can up a dozen pints.
Equal parts catsup and steak sauce (the cheap steak sauce is fine)
Coarse chopped bell pepper and Anahiem pepper
    Coarse chopped yellow onion
Chopped parsley and cilantro to taste
a bottle of Crystal hot sauce
enough cayenne pepper to get the bite
and the grand finalle....a bottle of Southern Comfort (size of bottle depends on the batch)
Let it simmer an hour or so and then taste it and add what it needs.
